Who ever said just because you own a business, you can't have fun? In an older Entrepreneur magazine, I found a piece about a pizza company that ran a promotion offering two pizzas for the price of one if the customer ripped out the yellow pages ad of a competitor. Awesome idea, just being different brings attention to you, whether the customer chooses to actually tear out your competitor's ad. There are so many ways you can gain a leg up on a competitor, or re-energize yourself, by trying something new or different, it's just laziness to not try.
